Practice the “invisible chair” exercise to strengthen up your legs. You will need a big enough place to do the wall sits. Stand with your back to the wall, approximately 1 1/2 feet away from it. Bend the knees and lean your body back until you are touching the wall with your entire back. After that you want to keep bending your knees so that your thighs are level to the floor, ending up so it looks like you’re sitting. Try to hold this position as long as possible.
