Are you strapped for time when it comes to working out? Split your workout time into two halves. You don’t need to make your workouts longer, you should just divide them into two parts. Just workout a 1/2 an hour during the day and a 1/2 an hour at night. You could also perform one workout indoors in a gym and another workout outside in the sun.

Never bounce while stretching. Bouncing will cause your muscles unnecessary strain. Despite what some people say, if you bounce while stretching, it will not make you any more flexible. In fact, you are actually opening yourself up to potential injury and harm by doing this. Stretches, when done properly, should be smooth and stable, not jarring or bouncy.

Start an easy-to-do exercise journal for everyday use. Make sure you keep a diary of your exercises that you are doing. If you wear a pedometer, you can also record your steps each day and constantly strive to increase your count. You will know what it will take to get to where you want to be if you compile data.
