Doing some simple pushups can be a great way to tone up triceps. The trick is to take the normal pushup and directly target your triceps. This is done by rotating your hands 45 degrees. Your fingertips should now be facing each other. These modified puships will help you tone and shape the triceps better than anything else.

The best way to avoid injury when walking for exercise is to you proper form. Stand upright and draw your shoulders back and down. You elbows should be held at a 90 degree angle. When walking, make sure you move one foot forward while using the opposite arm for movement. You heel should hit ground before the rest of your foot rolls forward.

Having a solid core is imperative. Strenghtening your core will help improve your balance and make it easier to perform other physical activities. Sit-ups are a classic exercise and one that builds the core muscles. Doing sit ups can also increase the range of motion you experience. This can help your abdominal muscles gain additional strength and definition.

Those tips should have easily implanted a few good ideas for whipping that body up and becoming a fitter you. Always remember that the journey for fitness doesn’t stop at the body and more information is always available if you know where to look. If you try all that you learned success should follow, and you should be fit before you know it.
