When working out your biceps, you should try and bend your wrists as this will work your biceps out harder. You should bend the wrists back and do the bicep curl this way. It might feel a little uncomfortable, but it won’t be long until your used to it.

Some dieters overdo their exercise programs in order to burn extra calories. Overdoing exercise is dangerous for many reasons. You can damage joint and muscles, including your heart, dehydrate yourself, and stop fat from being metabolized properly.
