Always mix in some variety into your workout and exercise routine. That way, you won’t get bored and decide to skip a workout. Furthermore, as the muscle groups get used to certain types of movements, you need to make changes to keep seeing results.

Lift a higher amount of weight for a lower amount of reps. You can get started by concentrating on a single muscle group like the chest, abdominals or gluteals. Start with weights that are lighter than usual to warmup your muscles. Your warm up should included 15 to 20 reps. Once you’ve finished your warm-up, do a set with a heavy weight. You should only be able to lift it six to eight times in succession. Your third set should be completed with an additional five pounds.
