Then, as you approach the last leg of your run, you should reach your fastest pace. If this is done regularly, you will see the difference in your endurance and speed.

A lot of people think that they can exercise their abdominals every day. Doing so for this particular group of muscles is not recommended. Abs, like other muscle groups, require periodic rest and recovery time. Consider giving your abs a couple of days of rest between working them out.

Have some milk after you exercise. Milk serves as a fabulous source of protein. Milk is meant to be drank by babies, so it has a lot of good things for your body. These nutrients can help you increase your body mass as well.

Get fit the retro way by strapping on a pair of rollerblades. Although roller blading is no longer as trendy as it once was, it remains a great, and fun, method for burning calories. Go to your local sporting goods store and purchase a good pair of roller-blades.
