Published May 22, 2013

Summer is fast approaching, and weight loss is taking on greater importance. Although you may be able to figure it out by yourself, it always best to find a good diet and exercise program that will put you on the path towards to losing weight.

A good way to achieve weight loss success is to eat soups that are chunky. Try to drink and eat your calories to moderate your consumption. For example, soups that contain beans can help you feel full faster rather than watered down soups.

It’s a well known fact that drinking water can help you shed pounds. However, few people know that the best way to drink water is ice cold. When you drink cold water your body brings the temperature of your body up and your metabolism increases.

If you are overweight and a potato chip fiend, try eating baked potato chips to accelerate your weight loss. Baked chips are often thirty percent less in calories or fat without a big difference in taste.

Drink more water so that you are less hungry, can lose some water weight. If you drink about a half gallon of water daily for a week and decrease your food intake, you are going to lose water weight. This is not fat loss, but is a quick way to get the first five pounds off and quick-start your weight loss program.

Lose Weight

Don’t skip meals if you want to lose weight. Skipping meals doesn’t make you lose weight, it causes your body to store extra fat. Even if you are not hungry, make an effort to eat something small three times per day.
