If you want to lose about five pounds quickly, increase your water intake. By reducing your foot intake and drinking a half gallon of water every day for an entire week, you can do this. You may not lose any weight from fat, but you lose water weight that can keep you fitting into your clothing easily.

If you’d like to lose weight, you need sufficient sleep. Studies have shown that those who are sleep-deprived tend to be hungrier and are prone to overeat. This causes them to carry extra weight.

Cardiovascular Exercises

If your goal is to lose fat, your workout must include mainly cardiovascular exercises. Cardiovascular exercises lead to faster fat burning and an elevated heart rate. Find an enjoyable exercise that speeds up your heart rate. There are many forms of cardio workouts. Experiment with different types of exercise until you find one that works well for your body type and fits nicely into your schedule.
